DUCT LEAKAGE TESTING

This is a diagnostic process through which we use specialized equipment to measure the amount of air that is escaping from an HVAC duct system. This is important because:
- leaky ducts cause significant energy loss, leading to increased costs
- leaky ducts allow various allergens and contaminants to enter the space, negatively impacting air quality 
- leaky ducts impact the efficiency of HVAC systems

ULTRASONIC FLOW MEASURING

This method uses sound waves to determine the velocity and flow rate of fluids. It is a non-invasive way of precisely measuring the flow without interrupting the flow or needing to dismantle the piping system. 

BUILDING MECHANICAL SYSTEMS SURVEYS & EVALUATION
